These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Corpfluence ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing, registering for, or using the Corpfluence platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of our services.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Full Responsibility: You are solely and entirely responsible for all content you create, publish, distribute, or share through our platform, including AI-generated content.
• Content Ownership: You retain ownership of your content but grant us necessary licenses to provide our services (see Section 6).
• Verification Duty: You must verify, review, and approve all AI-generated content before publication. We are not responsible for errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate content generated by AI tools.
• Legal Compliance: You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party rights.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account.
• Fair Usage: You agree to use our services fairly and reasonably, without abuse, exploitation, or violation of these Terms.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• Corpfluence, its owner, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates SHALL NOT BE LIABLE for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• We are not liable for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities
• Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Corpfluence, its owner, employees, contractors, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of our services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any law, regulation, or third-party rights
• Content you create, publish, or distribute through our platform
